The Annuity Appointment EngineProspects that book themselves

Phone-verified, asset-qualified retirees who put themselves on your calendar. Watch the walkthrough, then find every number from it on the page below.

30 minutes on Zoom. You pick the time. No pressure, no obligation.

Why you are here

You are here for one of two reasons.

Everything below is written to answer whichever one you are.

01
You want another source for annuity appointments.
Your calendar has room in it, and you want something that fills the gaps without adding another thing for you to run.
02
You want a better source for annuity appointments.
You have bought annuity leads before. They were resold, unverified, or they had no idea what they opted into. You want the other kind.

Which one are you?

The comparison

How we compare to other annuity lead vendors.

Vendors in this space work one of two ways. They sell you volume that is cheap and unqualified, or they sell you quality at a markup that eats the case. You pay the price in quality or you pay it in money.

Every other vendor
You buy a name and a phone number.
  • ×Sold to several advisors at once
  • ×Nothing verified before it reaches you
  • ×No idea what they have saved
  • ×You do the chasing and the convincing
$400
per lead for the phone-qualified kind, and it is still shared with other advisors.
What we do instead
You get a meeting on your calendar.
  • One advisor per lead, never resold
  • Phone verified before a calendar opens
  • Asset floor applied before they reach you
  • They book themselves, on your calendar
Under $100
per lead, exclusive to you, and priced to run every month instead of once.

How much under $100 depends on volume. We walk through the exact number on the call.

Why we are different

We ran it at cost until it worked.

Before we charged anyone margin, we ran this system on our own money and let advisors tell us what was broken. What you are looking at is not a concept. It is what survived that.

At cost
What we charged
while we refined it

We took no margin

We ran at cost for months, so the refining was on our time, not your budget.

Built with advisors

Shaped by the people actually taking the calls, not guessed at from a dashboard.

Tracked to the close

We followed leads into the sales process that closed them and fed that back into the ads.

The engine, in numbers

Every figure below is from live client campaigns.

We ran this system at cost, through $20,000+ in live ad spend, before ever taking margin. Everything below is from our tracking database as of August 2026.

728
Qualified leads delivered
Every one survey-screened and phone-verified before an advisor ever sees them.
278
Appointments booked
Booked by the lead, on the advisor's own calendar, at a time the lead chose.
33% to 44%
Self-book rate across delivered flights
The lead books without an advisor lifting a finger. Dialing the ones who do not book adds another 10% to 15%.
50% to 60%
Show rate on booked appointments
Held meetings, individually verified against call records rather than counted off the calendar.
$9.02M
Pipeline surfaced in a single 104-lead flight
Investable assets across the 27 leads who disclosed full financials, of which $5.42M was discussed as annuity premium.
$800K
Annuity premium closed and confirmed
A $500K case and a $300K case written from delivered appointments, with a $193K case signing from the current batch.
439
Sales calls recorded and AI-analyzed
We transcribe and analyze advisor calls, so the system learns what actually books and closes.
$212K
Median household investable assets
Median age 66. Average case size runs $200K to $250K, with outliers in both directions.
Under a week
From signed to leads landing
Funnel, calendar, CRM and creative built and live, usually inside seven days.

Counts are cumulative across active client campaigns as of August 2026. Show rate and self-book rate are the observed spread across delivered flights; the low end of each is what a first month should be planned against.

Where we are today

Two flights. Both finished.

Not pilots we are still running. Two completed flights of delivered leads, with the appointments and the pipeline they produced.

Flight one ran with an agency team dialing every lead that did not self-book. Of the 60 who did not book themselves, that effort produced 13 more conversations and 7 more second appointments, which is where the 10% to 15% lift figure comes from.

"I was conservative with these. I have $1 million coming from one prospect, then $250,000 and another $350,000 on top of that."

The machine

Click to held meeting, in five steps.

This is the whole path. We build it, we run it, and you get the meeting at the end of it.

Step 1

The ad

Built and tested for retirees on Facebook and Instagram, judged on held meetings rather than clicks.

Step 2

The survey

Ten questions on age, assets, income target and their biggest worry in retirement. Qualifies them and verifies the phone before a calendar opens.

Step 3

The video

Built from their own answers. Sells the meeting before you ever speak to them.

Step 4

The calendar

They pick a time on your real calendar, with your face, your bio and your testimonials in front of them. No phone tag.

Step 5

The transcript

Every call recorded and read, so you see what happened and the ad messaging learns from it.

About step 3, because it is the part nobody else does

The video on the booking page is not one video. Two of the survey answers decide which one plays: whether they want income now, income later, or safe growth, and whether their money sits in CDs and savings or in the market. That is twelve separate videos, one for every combination. Someone who says they want income now and holds most of their money in the market watches a video about exactly that. It resonates because it is their situation, and they book because of it. After they book there is a second video on the confirmation page doing the same job for show rate.

Scope of service

What you get.

Not a lead file. The demand, the infrastructure it runs on, the media that feeds it, and the reporting that proves it.

Demand

  • Annuity leads
  • Booked appointments

Infrastructure

  • The full funnel, ad to post-booking page
  • CRM access, on GoHighLevel
  • Email and SMS nurture, plus reminders

Media

  • Ad creation
  • Campaign management
  • Ad spend

Visibility

  • Data reporting
  • Dashboards built to what you ask for

Ad spend is 100% our risk

If costs rise, whether from seasonality or a creative going stale, that hits our bottom line and not yours. There is no ad budget on your side of the table.

Live inside a week

Onboarding is under a week from signed to leads landing. Adding another agent after that takes about a day.

Both founders on support

Jackson and Andrew are reachable directly. Most questions have already been asked by another advisor, and the ones that have not get answered anyway.

Lead quality

What "qualified" means here.

Nobody lands on your calendar by accident. Before a lead ever reaches an advisor, they have:

  • Completed a 10-question retirement surveyAge, assets, income target, timeline, and the thing they are most worried about. All of it is in your hands before the call.
  • Cleared a $100,000 asset floorApplied before a calendar ever opens, so your time only goes to households that fit.
  • Verified their phone with a four-digit text codeTextable and callable numbers only. No landlines, and no numbers that do not belong to the person who booked.
  • Been introduced to you before they bookYour face, your biography and your testimonials are on the booking page. They know who they are meeting.
  • Booked themselves on your real calendarThey pick the slot and confirm it before leaving the page. No phone tag, no chasing.
  • Yours aloneOne advisor per lead, never resold. The lead lands in your CRM and you own the data.

Who this is not for

Skip the call if this is you.

We would rather you read this and opt out than book, buy, and find out in month two. If you check any of these boxes, this is not the right fit yet.

Gate 01

You wrote under $1M in annuity premium last year.

Better leads do not fix a sales process. If you are not already closing annuities, this will not be the thing that starts it. If you are under that number but ready to step up and put real reps in, book the call anyway and say so.

Gate 02

You cannot work 100 leads a month.

One hundred leads a month is the sweet spot: enough to fill a calendar, not so many that they rot. Everyone wants the volume. Dialing them, texting them, and sitting the appointments is a different question. Answer it honestly.

Gate 03

You expect the lead to do the closing.

They are asset qualified, phone verified, and they show up on your calendar. They still have to be sold by someone. Annuity leads do not close themselves.

Gate 04

You drop a lead after the first attempt.

The return lives in the follow up. On flight one, 60 leads did not self-book, and consistent dialing turned them into 13 conversations and 7 second appointments. If a prospect who misses two calls is dead to you, the math will never work in your favor.

If none of that sounds like you, the next step is thirty minutes on a call. If you are not sure which side of those gates you fall on, score yourself below.

Two minutes, six questions

Are you ready for 100 leads a month?

The same four gates from the walkthrough, turned into a straight answer. Nothing is sent anywhere and no email is required. You get the result on this page the moment you finish.

Question 1
How much annuity premium did you write last year?

Better leads do not fix a sales process. This is the gate Jackson is most direct about in the walkthrough.

Question 2
Who would be sitting these appointments?

This one is not scored. It tells us which version of the conversation to have with you.

Question 3
Could you actually work 100 leads in a month?

Everyone wants the volume. Dialing them, texting them and sitting the appointments is a different question.

Question 4
When a lead does not book themselves, what happens next?

On flight one, 60 leads did not self-book. Consistent dialing turned them into 13 conversations and 7 second appointments.

Question 5
Do you have a sales process you could hand to someone else?

The leads are asset qualified, phone verified and they show up. They still have to be sold by someone.

Question 6
Where do your annuity appointments come from today?

Also not scored. It just tells us what you are comparing us against.
